**Extension Material: This website looks at Parallel and Perpendicular Lines to the level you will need to know for 10-1 and 10-2 Math (academic streams). We will discuss in class, but you will not need to know the formula representations of the slope of the lines for a few years. It's interesting though if you are in love with math (like me!) but no worries...the slope will not be on our Unit Assessment OF Learning. You might want to skip to 1:27 in the video to see the real life examples of parallel and perpendicular line segments.
